Mission First
Our goal is not to see how many rings or trophies we can collect.
Our goal is long term success while building a love of the game and a love of the process.
We look to build these kids in all areas of their lives even off the field. They will be taught to care for one another, how to respect the game, and how to treat others off the field.
Player Development
Many teams promise player development. Common philosophy is more games = player development. We have a different approach to help our players develop all tools in baseball and help the player fall in love with the process.

We take pride and ownership of the culture that we have developed and continue to develop at M Pact
Baseball. We are a non profit baseball organization. We are not here to benefit ourselves as a baseball
organization. The mission is bigger than we are as a club. We are going to challenge our players every day to be better than they were the day before.
We teach our players to have a “one another” approach to being a teammate. By “one another” we feel
putting someone else before yourself not only builds great teams, but it also creates better people.Being in the moment and thankful for any opportunities, good or bad, we can help each other grow every day.
