Be careful what you follow?
There was a small town that had a jewelry store on the corner.
In the window they had this beautiful clock made from gold that faced the street.
Every day a man walking to work would stop and admire the clock.
He would look at his watch and make sure it matched the time on the clock.
The store owner noticed this through the window and after a few years he went outside to speak to the man.
He asked, “Why do you always adjust your watch to my big clock in the window?”
The man replied, “I work at the factory down the street. My job is to blow the quitting whistle at 5 every day. I want to make sure I my watch is right”
The store owner replies, “that’s funny, I have been setting my big clock to whistle down the street”
These two could have been off by hours and never known it!

We can very easily get led in the wrong direction IF we are not careful in what or who we follow.
But Jesus has an interesting message for us:
John 15:16-17
You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you. These things I command you, so that you will love one another.
Jesus CHOSE us!!

He chose us to be with him and share with one another our gifts and LOVE one another.
He gives us a direction to go and how to get there.
We don’t have to check our watch against something we aren’t sure about.
We don’t have to validate ourselves against what the team across from us is doing. We know our process just like Jesus knows his process for us.
John 14:6
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
Let’s show his Glory and build one another up so we can be that light for those that may be setting their watch against the wrong clock!
Upcoming Important Events
We are approaching our 3rd annual Fireworks show at our fields, July 20th! This event has become a staple of our community at M-Pact and we can't wait for what this year will bring. As usual, we will be sending out request for volunteers, prizes, and other items very soon. Let's make this the best show we have had yet!

Youth Camps
This year we are hosting our DirtDog Youth Camp again at our fields. With the improvements made to the field this year, our camp will be even better than the last! Feedback from last year was campers learned, had tons of fun, and some even came back for the second day. Ran by our high school players, we teach fundamentals, respect for the game, how to be a teammate, and how to act off the field.
This year, we will be offering some specialized camps as well. You can sign your player up for more in-depth camps to focus on some of the more detailed training we offer. Follow our Facebook page and emails for more information.
