Part of the Team
We love using baseball and softball as a delivery tool to teach life lessons. From the beginning we have always tried to keep the bigger perspective here at M-Pact of building the whole player, not just athletically. Helping them become a part of a team.
The strength of any team is the sum of its parts, not the individuals. That what we hope for with the M-Pact families too, not just the teams. Our mission is community driven for us to be here for one another. We as parents are all part of the team to help support each other in this journey of parenting!
The Coastal Redwoods have a unique system. They have shallow root systems and cannot survive a storm alone. Their roots extend over one hundred feet from the base but just broadening the root base is not what makes these beautiful trees capable of surviving the worst storms. They stand strong by intertwining their roots with the roots of other redwoods. The winds are now taking on an entire stand of trees and not a single redwood. No matter how majestic those trees might appear, God designed them to need other trees to survive the storms.
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
9 Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: 10 If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. 11 Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone? 12 Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.

We are called to be a team. In a current world full of distractions and self-driven goals, we need each other more than ever. The strength is in those around you.
M-Pact was designed to be different. We are all in this team together. Helping one another through this journey. We have been here now for eight years. We have navigated and learned the common issues that cause teams to struggle. As our kids take the field, lets remember we are part of something bigger. Pull on the same rope!
Let’s work together as a community to pull each other the same direction.
“Let us be united, not pulling against one another”
We want to hear your big ideas
We want to be more intentional about building our community strength this year. We have a GREAT core group of younger teams and families poised to be the next generation of M-Pact.
Below you will see some ideas that have been floated around that we could utilize to build a stronger community.
Big Brother (sister) Program - Pair players from older teams with younger kids but make this more of a two way program. Little players go watch their older brother at HS games this spring and vise versa.
Club Wide Picnic - Families chip in with food and we all meet at the fields. Enjoy an afternoon of food, games, and fellowship.
Intersquad Scrimmage Days - With the success of our blended indoor training this year, we have an idea of setting up structured scrimmage days were like ages can grow from each other and compete. Full uniform, with fans. Coaches have some ideas where our players will get tons of experience here that would rival an entire weekend of games.
Volunteer Work - Looking for community projects we can help with.
These are just a few but we would love to hear from you or love to have your help organizing any of these events. Please email us any ideas or input you might have. No idea is too big or small!

M-Pact Performance News
As you have probably noticed we have launched a secondary component called M-Pact Performance. The goal is to provide a place to get external training for your player that will still mesh with the M-Pact way. Face it, we can only do so much in a team practice setting. This will provide quality instruction designed to help the entire player, not just a specific skill.
We will be publishing tons of content for players to get to the next level.

We are excited to be hosting a unique camp over Spring Break to pair Pitchers and Catchers together! We call it the Battery Camp! These two positions are known as the battery. Eli Davis will be leading the Pitchers, Jason Conley with the Catchers, and at the end of the camp we come together to put all the skills in action.
